The 1892-CC GSA Morgan dollars are scarcer than most other GSA dollars, as only 5,687 were offered in the Great Silver Sale, from a much larger total production figure of 1,618,000 for the issue. They are known mostly in hard packs and uncirculated condition, and all 1892-CC GSA dollars are regarded as scarce collectibles by Morgan dollar enthusiasts, who will pay premiums for these coins when necessary. Any PLs and DMPLs that exist are very rare and enjoy huge demand.
Obverse Description
