Regular double eagle die by Longacre, but without date. Die described by Judd: “The third Longacre die in which the 6th star points to the left side of a denticle, the shape of the truncation differs from the first two dies and the initials JBL on the truncation are much farther to the left. The Y in LIBERTY is perfect with no signs of recutting. This master die was used to make the regular issue dies.”
